To create a new online experience for Autism Society of NC and its audience. The current website is busy and difficult for the user to navigate. UX/UI will be updated improve visitor experience, making it easier to locate help, find events, and process donations. A client testimonial video will also be created to resonate with the target audience and explain what ASNC does to help individuals and families with autism.
The previous ASNC website has confusing navigation and is information overload. The main purpose of the site redesign was to achieve more structure and make it easier for the user to find help near them. This was also an opportunity to expand their brand by adding additional colors, a web typeface, new photography and custom graphics.
Our goal here is to welcome visitors, speaking to families first, with a story of someone who is overcoming the challenges presented to them by Autism. The video will explain how the Autism Society can help people, as well as set the overall tone for the brand.
